The video is doing white balancing.
Since they look different, that means they are different.
Doesn’t mean the name eye can tell, age is a factor since our natural lens yellows over time.
Either way, the camera lens doesn‘t lie.

Hum? I do already have the switchbacks, something to consider. Thanks
go to Lasfit.com and you can get the switchback turn signals...they will give you LED DRL's...

It's lying about the DRL's flashing. And in the video, he shows still pictures and illustrates there is virtually no difference in person, just a slight difference in warmth between DRL's and light bar. But not as severe as in the motion video recording. See below.

Either he doctored it to make some sort of point, or, there is something about his recording. You be the judge.

Since he posted that in the video before he had any feedback, I tend to believe his observation.

Added a custom light bar to the front of the Mav… not everyone’s cup of tea and that’s alright lol, I think it looks cool... thoughts? Update: ok, didn’t think I would have to explain this but here it goes, this is not a “light bar” like what many are thinking, will not blind people, and is angeled down and is less bright than the stock DRLs, is putting out less than 30 lumens… THIRTY lumens people! Lol similar to your smartphones flashlight but spread into a strip.

Amazing job!!!!! Congrats!!!!! Very ingenious!!!

That actually looks really good. I probably won't mod my truck much, if at all, but I would do that lightbar in a heartbeat if I had the lariat DRLs or there was a way to cheaply get the lariat DRLs on my XLT.

Ya sometimes people get too technical with stuff on here that doesn't need to be complicated. If it matches in person to him, then it's probably close enough for everyone else. It's like someone trying to make the point that the sky is actually purple and not blue. Who cares lol...it appears blue to the majority (unless you're colorblind).

This is awesome. I actually prefer the look of the XL lights when the Mav is off and sitting but no doubt the Lariat are better when on.

I would do this in a heartbeat is the XLs lit up like those Lariats do.

Beautiful! Although it kind of looks like you used petg. Recommend using ASA or abs if you can.

Put me in line for one of these if you decide to put the kit together.
