How much does the Eco-mode affect acceleration when passing?

There was discussion on the default drive mode but I am unaware of anyone posting a solution I am certainly hoping that eco default can be done as that's my normal function. Eco-eat even = put $saved by most of time drinking water when eating out, putting $$ into jar at home (when drink water at home put $0.40 into jar. All this goes into Roth & savings (last year was $1,640.10🤗). This year if/when 0% 36mo happens will supplement payment.🤗
Always get as many ketchup and mustard packets as you can when you are at Wendy’s, Whataburger, Burgee King, etc.

Many drivers probably do not prefer the more aggressive brake regen when you let off the gas.
You can learn how to use "aggressive brake regen" effectively which results in quicker stops, "100% Regen Braking Reposts" while saving the brake pads from wear and tear.

Without "aggressive brake regen" if you want the "100% Regen Braking Reposts" you will be coasting much longer which can annoy those who may be behind you.

None whatsoever. Step on the accelerator and it just goes very fast with quick acceleration.

I have looked far and wide to see if there's a way to use FORScan to set a default drive mode, but it doesn't appear possible. This issue is frequently mentioned on MANY different Ford forums, over several years. It would be an easy software update for Ford--but they just don't seem responsive.

I haven't tested flooring it in all modes, but I feel like this is correct. The acceleration-input curve for the pedal is different between the modes, but the maximum input point remains the same?

I normally up the waiter's tip to cover the % for $ I saved on the water (it's not their fault I'm a cheapskate)🤗.

Well I think it's just that FORScan can only do things that are already possible on some trim level or other models and not "new" stuff. Since it just doesn't exist anywhere yeah it's up to Ford to implement.

This is the way it is with my Mustang. Although for that car, it makes more sense. Let's say you put it in track mode because you are doing a track day. You sure don't want to be in that mode when you're driving back after the track day.

I don't see the harm in leaving a Maverick in eco or sport mode all the time.

More like people tend to only mess around with the documented or semi documented settings even if they differ from one vehicle to the next. Those settings if they are changeable should be most likely in the BMS (battery management system) which should be housed in the battery energy control module.
