Ceramic front windshield film installed price?

I wish I would have done a full w/s ceramic tint (even if it was only 80% or less).
Ceramic film is impressive for heat rejection.

The 5% [ceramic] banners I've done on my past 2 vehicles (including my Mav) is actually very useful (for my height, eyes/skin), but if your vehicle sits outside, a full w/s film is quite useful in sunny locations.

I use a w/s shade when its sitting out in the sun mid summer. If nothing else, to provide some added UV protection to dash/screen/interior. In hindsight, i should have applied that cost to film instead..

I’ve had ceramic coating (70%) applied to all windows on my 2020 Escape and my 2025 Mav, including the panoramic sunroof on the Escape and the sun roof on the Maverick. The heat rejection is fantastic! I will have it installed on any vehicle I aquire in the future.
I believe it would because of a hard-nosed police officer with a burr under his saddle that would write a ticket for 70% ceramic film application and then he’d have to catch you leaving the tint shop to raise his suspicion. In other words, “It probably is not going to happen.” The “tint“ at 70% or higher is virtually undetectable….

I'm under the impression some vehicles come with a windshield coating that rejects IR much like a ceramic film would. If they offered that for the Maverick I'd have absolutely added it on to the build.

My 2001 chevy prism has an ir block on all windows made a huge difference.
