Cable tie a 2 x 4 to your forearm.
The Maverick is presented as a DIY vehicule.
Has anyone built a home made armrest booster?

After a year of waiting, ! finally got my 2023 Mav (Red XLT Hybrid Lux). Yeah!
Probably like most of you, I did not get the opportunity to road-test one before ordering.
After 48 hours, the only odd thing I noticed is the central armrest: it is about 2 inches too low and too short.
I am only 5'7" and yet, I can't actually rest my right arm on it.
Long rides are going to be tough.

Has anyone found an armrest extender/cushion that could solve this issue?

Otherwise, I just love it. It's better than I expected.
I am 5'8" with very average arms and don't have this problem. I would probably mess with seat height as some others have suggested.

I am 6’2” and have no problem with it. I drove from Atlanta to Panama City Beach yesterday and it was very comfortable. Try adjusting your seat.
If it was any higher, my right shoulder would be pushed up higher than my left shoulder: now that would cause real problems ;) Like jackflash said, "try lowering your seat".

My wife is 5’2” and she says that the center arm rest is too low for her. She hasn’t drove it yet, only rode in passenger seat and back seat. She actually said that the back seat was more comfortable than the front passenger seat.

When I get mine I'm sure I'll have to build a left arm riser. But it looks like a challenge the way the door pull is made.
