Almost very vehicle I've had including my cheap ass Toyota Yaris, had a dual adjustable rear view mirror arm.Ford Taurus sedan and Mercury Sable station wagon both around 2000's I never saw this ability.
Early 90's Mercury Tracer (really Mazda 323) did not. 2005 Rav4 doesn't.
Perhaps a truck thing?
50s and 60's vehicles maybe not so much.
