I filled up many times, never had a problem till today. Inserting the pump nozzle wouldn't open the inner cap, I'm going to call it a surge cap. The gas wouldn't go in the tank. I went home to try and see why with a flashlight. On the side of the fuel tube just past the seal cap there are 2 spring loaded tabs that have to be depressed but the gas pump nozzle so that inner cap will open. I used 2 screwdrivers to press those tabs and the inner cap would open fine. I went back to pump 14 where it wouldn't work and the gas nozzle on that pump was worn and egg shaped enough that it wouldn't press the tabs to let the inner cap open. I took pictures. I went to a different pump and all was fine.
