Can Ford offer be combined when place order?

If qualified two of the following offer, can they be combined when place order? I thought should be yes, but the dealer told me I can only use one . or it depends on dealership?

I called Ford, but their marketing department is off on weekends.

This is not true. Mine told me that as well. I went ahead with the sale. Called the FB marketing number 888-322-5862 and she helped me verify which $500 cert I had was good (I had a few). Super helpful. Then got my dealer to apply it and it’s being mailed to me directly from Ford now (which is what the marketing lady said would happen). I know I know, the “checks in the mail”
Edit: just got the mail and the check was there! Only bought it less than 2 weeks ago.

I highly recommend calling in ahead of your purchase. That way you will be armed with correct info. You dealer has little incentive (pun intended) to help you get your money. If you understand how it works and know the facts it’s more likely they will listen to you. You could also call in while purchasing and they can “coach” your dealer. How to do it.

Sorry to say but your dealer is wrong. The Transition Private Offer is like cash from Ford, so you can use Farm Bureau with it.

I think they are but I would need to look it up for sure, which your dealer can do. If they select both offers and select check compability. It will show either 1 bundle or 2.

Thanks for your great info! I called Ford customer service and the rep verified my private offer and my two $500 offers. I just picked up my Mav and the dealer showed me a sheet that only one $500 offer could be used with my private offer. Something about “different categories”. At least I did get 2 of 3 at time of sale. Ford Video guy: is it true that only one $500 offer can be used per sale? Thanks again.
