apologize to OP if too far off topic...

Has anyone seen the FB program renewal past 1/3/2023? I had to renew my calendar year membership (never expected that it would take 1 year +) but so far I haven't seen a 2023 program with Ford.
1) If you have a FB certificate that's valid for your order date, it's locked in and still valid when the truck arrives.

2) These programs typically aren't "renewed" until the old one expires/ends. Meaning that you shouldn't expect to see 2023 FB certificates available until Jan 4, 2023.

Makes sense to me. But the fine print specifically states: "Must be a Farm Bureau member for 30 consecutive days prior to purchase or lease and take new retail delivery from an authorized Ford Dealer's stock by January 3, 2023. "

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to move the needle on delivery.

Those are Ford's standard incentive terms that don't take into account their policy for retail orders. There were 3+ different incentives on my Escape that all said the same thing. They were all honored via Ford's incentive protection program.

Many on here have specifically indicated that the Farm Bureau PCO worked the same way for them - a 2021 certificate (expiring Jan 3, 2022) was honored on vehicles delivered later this year. Dealer just has to know to go into Smart VINCENT and look up incentives based on the order date, not the delivery date, and it should show up automatically.

Worst case scenario you can always generate a new certificate on Jan 4.

If a dealer accepts X plan they are required to follow the rules set down by Ford. Fee's and such. They also must provide the Dealer invoice which shows the A/Z/D/X plan price.

ok thanks for the clarification. PCO's in general have been a fight, both dealers and FMC seem to avoid honoring them. Too many discouraging stories. I went ahead and renewed my FB membership (hopefully that covers all interpretations and dates). I hope Ford continues the program to include the Maverick.

2 main issues with PCOs that I've seen.

1) Farm Bureau, etc., that some dealers just don't seem to understand how to look up by order date instead of delivery date. Many have reported no issues with this. But this is a pretty cheap thing to fix, at most needing to throw a few more dollars at your local Farm Bureau, to generate the new certificate. No guarantees that it'll be renewed or include Maverick, but there's no sense worrying about that. It's been ongoing on essentially all Ford pickups for many years now. :)

2) The big one is the 2023 MY transition offer. Seems a lot of dealers messed up the documentation for the 2022 MY order which needed to match the 2023 MY order. Unfortunately, many on here haven't had much luck getting this corrected. Technically it's usually the dealer's fault but Ford doesn't seem to be trying hard enough to support the end customers on this. :(

Even Long MacArthur has a bunch of PCO's that do not show. Perhaps these are other dealers customer orders that have been rolledover through LM and the order number/sales codes are not matching? Whatever the circumstance. it is apparent that Ford is being slow to fix it.

. . .
the discount also is dependent on what you order. It’s about $900 off an xlt tremor plus $750 for student looking at $1650 which is worth the time
I am also getting an XLT Tremor. How if the discount calculated?

I tried searching for this and couldn’t find it, but does anyone have experience combining one of the below offers with X-plan pricing? I know the farm bureau one cannot be combined, but what about the others?

  • $750 college graduate + X-Plan (I think I could save some money, but I don't know how to do it better, not long ago I read here https://samploon.com/free-essays/community-service/ about community service, it seems to me a pretty good idea, because in most cases, the college graduate program and X-Plan pricing can be combined. These programs are typically independent of each other and designed to provide additional benefits to eligible customers. However, it's crucial to check with your dealership to ensure they participate in both programs and that there are no restrictions or limitations. Besides, it should not be forgotten that this can be considered an abuse on our part and we should contact the dealer to find out more details.)
  • $500 farm bureau + X-Plan (this doesn’t work)
  • $750 Quarterly private offers that are in your name sent via email/mail + X-plan (I think this one works)

I am not a vet nor a first responder so not sure about those, but are any of the above possible? Anyone take delivery on a 2022 with the above?

it looks like it will be $1650 or if this is not correct, please correct me.

So how much did it cost you in the end? I am planning also acquiring it combined
