My sticker also said convoy but came to Seattle by rail car. It took over 4 weeks after build date on Ford tracker. I used Ford chat to get rail car # and tried to track online. But trail stopped at phoenix area when rail car transferred to BNSF. and Ford tracker would only update approx...

For me: retired and have no company email. Gave up and just exist on crumbs of info from Ford chat and salesman. 12-19-23 build. Ford tracking site gave me Estimated delivery dates: 1-4-24, 1-11-24 and today 1-20-24 to 2-2-24. Per Ford chat: At least it’s closer (Portland, OR).
Ouch....hope it's a cheap or easy fix. Seattle dealers have some but with markups and can't use the 23 to 24 allowance. I tried the bnsf.com site as a new customer but they want a company email, and I am retired.....oh well. Practicing patience.
