Can an order be changed?

Just noticed that my salesman messed up (yes, my fault as well for not catching it) and forgot to put the spray in bed liner in the order

order was placed & confirmed by domino in the first part of November, but as of yet, nothing has even scheduled

am I sol , or can I get the sibl added to the order?

if possible to do this, how?

I wouldn't worry if you can't. A bed liner can be sprayed at the dealer or third party.

Just have the dealer spray it when it comes in. That’s what I did with my 22. Took only a day for them to do it.

If you haven't been scheduled, changing your order should be no problem.

Yes it can be changed ONLY IF the VIN has not yet been assigned by Ford. When that happens its locked in. Let them know immediately via email and follow-up with a call to confirm AND get confirmation it was changed.

You can make order changes until the VIN has been issued.

But if I wanted a SIBL, I would just wait, have it done through the local dealer and apply your Ford Points toward the cost of it.

You can make order changes until the VIN has been issued.

Even after the VIN has been issued/build scheduled some changes can be requested by the dealer; mostly things like options packages. The factory needs to approve the order change.

Just tell the dealer you want to add. But since you dont reply to your threads you prolly dont get the others suggestions.

Request a change before your VIN is assigned. The OEM ford is warranted for the 3 years 36,000 miles.

Just call your dealer. Easy as pie.

I just know how I am, and attept to refrain from replying to things that are merely suggestion or comments NOT based on the answer to the question....kinda keeps me from sounding snarky when, rather than an answer to the question, people jsut suggest other options

unfortunately,y longtime ford salesman has now been promoted to one of the "sister" dealerships as a general manager & he's swamped with the move/changeover. I'll reach out to ford chat monday and see what I can do

Ford chat can't do anything about your order. Refer to the sales manager at the dealership your order is through; they're the ones who usually actually do the ordering.

Just get the LineX locally. Same price with lifetime warranty. My dealer took it there for me before delivery.
