Glen, are you sure? In this age of law suits? Since Ford probably has deeper pockets than the truck owner, I'd go after them in a heartbeat. Maybe the driver never graduated high school or was english second language. I don't know if you could make a bullet proof enough waiver to limit Ford's liability. Oh yeah, while I was at it I would sue the dealer too - as maybe they glossed over something or offered the buyer some incentive to sign.

Most of the time. I usually look to the right look to the left, I use a rear view mirror. Then I kind of glance at the camera. The main thing I use the camera for is when I'm backing into the driveway I use the camera to see the distance to the garage so I can line it up perfectly. But I will be honest I don't use the camera that often.

When backing into my garage I use the passenger side exterior mirror keeping a perceived minimal gap between the rear outside door handle and the freezer. (Warning: the seen object may be closer than it looks but any gap is far enough) stopping when the bungee stretched between two shelves is even when the edge of the mirror shroud. This allows 4" space between the closed garage door and the license plate frame and allows the drivers door to clear the rear bumper of the other Maverick pulled in to the point where the stress ball hanging from its eye hook in the ceiling touches the windshield which allows it's driver door to clear the rear bumper of the backed in Maverick. Either Maverick has to be pulled out of garage for any of the other three doors to be used for entry.
