Bumper issue? Need help

The truck came in last night but they sent a picture and said the bumper is separated a little and they can't figure out what clip holds it together.
And they cannot deliver it to me until it's fixed does anybody know what is missing here or how this goes together.

That blinker light seems off a bit too. That sucks but good thing they caught it before delivery. I would definitely prefer them to take their time and make sure they fix it right

Does anybody know what clip holds that assembly together.
The lady I've dealt with who is the sales lady, said that they don't know how it's held together.
And they do not have a body shop they take it to a local one that they use and I'm just trying to figure out what they need so I can tell them to try to get this fixed as soon as possible cuz it's already been 3 weeks getting here.

It doesn't look major, why would you send it back if it's something that hopefully can be fixed easily.
Instead of having to wait a year for another truck

This is what I was thinking, any C tech or lower should understand how easily that bumper goes back together. I feel like they're trying to pull a fast one on OP to say "oh sorry we can't fix it" and sell it with an ADM to someone else

I wouldn't chalk it up to any kind of malevolent intent but rather would appreciate it (frustrating as the wait may be) as due diligence on their part to deliver you the vehicle as ordered and to stand behind their sales. "Close enough" doesn't butter any parsnips.

There is 3 10mm bolts back behind the fender liner that hold the bumper to the fender bracket. And there is a few clips that hold that bracket to the fender and frame all right there. All they have to do is remove 6 push lock clips to get the fender liner out of the way to see that. Looks like the bracket is on the wrong side of the lip of the bumper.

I would almost agree but dealers remove bumpers on these Fords every single day in the service department. I've removed modern day Ford bumpers on Explorers, Escapes and all of them had almost the same exact mounting points. The fact that they "don't know" is pretty damn fishy considering ANY tech in the service department to include the tech that did the PDI in the first place could have just fixed this in less than ten minutes. Sorry but very suspicious

Yeah. I'd be avoiding that place for any service if they can't figure out how to remove and install a bumper considering you need to pull the things for even so minor as changing a headlight on many modern cars.

Thank you guys. I'm buying it out of state, couldn't find one here. I bought it after it shipped, but not delivered, until last night.
