I just purchased a 2025 Maverick xlt 2.0 ecoboost AWD with the 4K towing package. Being someone who likes to do their own maintenance, (YouTube Certified Master Auto Technician here) I watched videos on YouTube on others doing oil changes on their 2022-2024 ecoboost Mavericks.
Be careful. There are changes to the 2.0 ecoboost for 2025 that I'm lucky to have been paying attention to not cause damage.
Example: the oil filter to install is no longer the FL910S. It takes a new FL2127 that has different thread pitch that is not interchangeable. And good luck finding someone that carries it. Autozone? Nope Advance? nope! O'Rileys does. But I'm one of the unlucky ones with none near me. Ebay? Sure! At 2x cost PLUS delivery. Oil pan plug is also different. The AP04 magnetic plug everyone recommends won't fit properly and leaks.
What other surprises await?
Double check with your owners manual before you preform any maintenance or mods. When you see something in a video, but Amazon/Ebay warns it does not fit your 2025. Pay attention.
Hope this helps. Wish it was me getting warned before my mistakes.

Phooey, that means I probably won't be able to use the quick drains I purchased for my 22, before I sold it for my 25.

The filter is the same for the Hybrid as past years. The manual doesn't talk about the drain plug.

I appreciate your opinion.........(just had to do that, LoL). Seriously though, this is really good knowledge. You are probably saving a lot of 2025 owners some headaches.

Also the TPMS sensors in the 25's work at a different frequency than previous models. The older models run at 315 MHz and the 25's run at 433 MHz No one even knew about the change until I did some research on the internet and ran into a post where someone else had the same issue but had the means to read the frequency of the stock wheels that he replaced. My dealer didn't know and blamed it on inferior sensors that Tire Rack installed. He read the old sensors at 315 and said' "well they are the right frequency, they must be cheap". He wanted to charge me $500 to put in their sensors. Tire Rack admitted that they were unaware of the change and sent me the correct ones and even reimbursed me for the cost of switching them over.

I'm going to assume (I know, I know Ass of U and Me lol) that all the aftermarket companies were not aware of the mechanical changes that were made since the release of the 25's were pushed back. Hopefully they will have had enough time soon to get some products out. My engine bay is begging to have something done to it.
