A few months ago I installed an AGM battery and did a proper BMS reset. I still had problems (Auto stop/start not working) but not as many. I then changed the charge level to 95% and never had a problem since...this was just my experience.

Well after testing the battery after setting the charge level to 95% I see very little difference in the voltage level. My feeling is that the battery just does not have enough capacity and overnight it drains down. I'm sure if the vehicle wasn't a daily driver and was left for a week it would go into sleep mode. I'll run it until it dies then purchase an AGM battery.
If your battery has become sulfated (very likely) then it has lost some of its capacity. It can be charged to max voltage but the sulfated portion cannot. Therefore when put under a load it will not provide as many electrons as it originally would have before dropping to an undesirable voltage. This is why any battery will benefit from a multistage maintainer two of which should be de sulfate and de stratification of electrolyte. Get a good maintainer (I use a 5 amp as it has enough amps to power the truck over night as well as maintain the battery.) and put it on your battery as often as possible. It could gradually restore capacity. If you want quicker then you could remove battery from truck and use repair mode. Has to be out of truck because of voltage in excess of 19 volts could damage the truck. I left town Thursday morning and put the hybrid XLT LUX I did not take on my noco maintainer so it will have battery sitting for at least six days at full capacity with maintainer checking voltage daily and trickle charging if truck uses any capacity. And then running it's optimization stages if it thinks necessary.

Thanks for the info. I'll put it on the charger tonight and will do it for the next couple of days and see if it will come around. If it has indeed started to sulfate I will remove it and try a high voltage repair.

Well that tells me it's likely a battery issue.

Great, unfortunately not all batteries can be recovered. My Noco repair mode says to fully trickle charge battery before running repair and that it could take up to 4 hours. Do not know as I have never used it, I just leave on maintenance maybe for a week when I can. Good luck
