Average wait time for the Eco boost build?

I placed my order exactly one month ago for an XLT Eco boost build with the luxury and FX4 package from a fairly large Ford dealer here in So Cal. Just curious what the average wait time now is as I'm basically renting a car from week to week as my previous vehicle finally gave out and was not worth repairing anymore.

I've been waiting since June 23rd finally received a build date on October 21st for a tentative build week of December 13th.

I Ordered my Lariat EB on 8/26, went into Production on 10/19, still in Production (!!!)

Ordered my XLT Ecoboost with no additional packages (just floor mats/hitch/spare) from Chapman on 8/27, received scheduled email 9/17 with a 10/25 build date. Was completed on 10/27 and is in transit now with 12/7 expected arrival (but hoping for sooner).

I ordered a similar build and got confirmation on 6/30

Received estimated build week of 11/1… but that’s not accurate as they were shut down all of that week.

Haven’t heard anything about updated build week, but it’ll most likely be 2022 before I take delivery.

Others ordered months after me and have already received their truck or a build confirmation….. there’s no rhyme or reason to it that I can tell.

I don't know if "average wait time" applies here. Orders were accepted long before build even started. Logically anyone placing their orders early, naturally have a longer wait time.

Sept 1. Lariat Lux. All known individual restraints eliminated. Still dead in the water. No word from Ford or dealer. Now assuming 2022 for build

Probably then more curious for those that placed orders more recently then like in Sept/Oct and what the average build/delivery time will be. My dealer said anytime within a 4-month time-frame which could take me into Feb/March of next year but am hoping it will be sooner!

I was schedules originally for this week. I emailed my dealer and he told me that I was rescheduled for 11/17. I would contact your dealer...at least it is worth a try...

I ordered my Lariat EB on 7/14, went into Production on 10/7 and it hasn't moved since then either. I hope you're patient, you may have quite a while longer to go.

ordered my eco Jan 19, 2022, received vin number around Aug 19, 2022 with a build date of Oct 10, 2022.
