Auto Start/Stop stopped working after Oil Change

I just got my first oil change and now the auto start/stop is not working. I'm not sure happened. It was working just fine before the oil change and now it's just not turning off like it normally would.
I have an appointment again for them to look at that.
I been reading here in the forums that it might be a battery issue.
I hope it's a simple fix.

OH would anyone know why the passenger door won't unlock with my key in my pocket? I have the lairat model and it was working just fine a few weeks ago. I even reset the setting for that in the settings and it still won't work. It did this once before and by resetting it in the setting it fixed but this time it doesn't work.

The truck may be in deep sleep. Is your dome light coming on when you open the door? Any messages in the Ford Pass App?

There's a BCM reprogram TSB if it's the driver's door. If it's the passenger door then that would Deep Sleep.

Edit: Missed that it's the latter. So definitely sounds like Deep Sleep.

The truck may be in deep sleep. Is your dome light coming on when you open the door? Any messages in the Ford Pass App?

Nothing from the app and the truck is parked right now but then I noticed it last night the dome light came on like it normally does when I park.

Perhaps someone tried to reset the oil reminder and hosed the door and Auto Start Stop settings. Try this for the door:

It is the passenger door that won't open. I have to use the fob and push the unlock on it to open.

I'll try this again but when I did it the last time I was in it it still wouldn't work. I'm at work work with my Maverick but the door issue is with my husband's Maverick.

LOL, I have no idea, I have an XLT, but according to the OP there was an oil change and immediately following a door and ASS stopped working. There is a remote door setting in the menu, Is there a ASS setting in the Menu? IDK, but I’m picturing the lowest-paid person at that dealership trying to reset the oil reminder on a vehicle he knows little about...

The OP didn’t elaborate, perhaps the ASS didn’t work on the return trip from the dealership and it was simply turned off via the button by the shifter..

Funny thing.... I have always turn OFF this feature, but for the last three weeks. The truck turns it off for ME!? The "AI" must be working.... Or maybe it has something to do with my truck's color...

It is meant to "Save Gas" as you sit at a stoplight...

I believe Fossil was questioning ASS settings in the Menu screen that I eluded to.

I’m certain he knows how to disable it with the console button...
