The listed build date tends to be the Monday of the week they expect to build it. My was listed as this past Monday but went into production on Wednesday

The pizza tracker is almost always wrong, stop looking at it. Ford usually gives a date "the week of xx/xx" as a general idea but it can change. When it gives a specific day it is usually locked. Give up on having an exact date of build, built, shipped, arrived. I've ordered many cars over the decades from several manufacturers and their is no exact set of dates (even for my Bentley) because there are too many variables.
Your dealer can give you a better idea from their system than the tracker or customer service.

The "Scheduled Week of" date is usually pretty accurate. The Maverick is normally built any day that week and shipped by the end of the same week or worst case early the next week.The listed build date tends to be the Monday of the week they expect to build it. Since there are so many orders going to the body company for the bed liners and accessories there will be a big back log and it can be several days before the status is updated to built and shipped.
Ford took the bed liners out of the luxury packages for MY23, which helped to get the Mavericks built and shipped faster, however for MY24 they are standard which will slow things down.

Mine was originally scheduled for week of 11/20. Then 2 weeks before that it was moved to the week of 12/4. Then it began production on 11/28.
P.S. I got get the sticker a few days later, but as of this morning still no module information. My dealer texted me on 11/28 saying to expect delivery between 12/11 and 12/18. I am not holding my breath for that window.
