Another option I mentioned in another thread is if you have Discount Tire in your area, they'll sell you road hazard certificates if you buy them within 30 days or 1/32" tread wear of buying the vehicle.
Unlimited PDR sounds like a heck of a deal in a hail-prone state.
I think the number of tires or what you follow behind gives you a higher chance of getting nails in the tires. I find it best to avoid following directly behind service body trucks, especially those for roofing companies.
So you say $400 for 5 years for tire care plus. Does that include unlimited miles during those 5 years? Also what happens if you get new tires before that 5 year mark? Does the warranty work on new tires bought during the purchased warranty period?

No hail damage for PDR. I think it was a nail sitting on the road. I'm sure I have run over those nails many times. Mach E is heavy with thin tires, so the force squeezing down nails would be much higher than normal cars or trucks.
