Other than it is not the easiest for one person to remove and replace and the bed seals tends to be on the thick side. The first time you install it. You may need a helper to sit or stand on top.

I think I got this thing looking pretty good with all the mid range Chinese stuff. So super light and tough. Tows my tent trailer and two kayaks.

Here is the pics I promised. From the box it was shipped in to putting it together and finally on the truck. I like it so far but will drive it for a week or so and give a better evaluation. If anyone has any questions or input feel free to respond.

OMG bud this is a generic Chinese cap. Friends don't let friends....There are a lot of nice Caps out there you can get for 3k. Don't spend 5-6k, but also don't get the $1500 one if you can avoid it. Think long term here and look at all options. In 10 years, you'll still have the cap. In fact, the cap will outlast the car and could be sold if you have a standard color.

I ordered mine yesterday (12/18/2024) with sliding windows on both sides. Got an email late last night sliding windows not available on Maverick. Sides too small. I have talked to 3 people who have ordered them and are very happy, however getting it in 30 days is a pipe dream. I was told about 60 days depending on when they get a shipping container loaded and on a ship. One guy said 4 months. Mine was 1180.31 shipped. There are a bunch of companies in China that make these, Prices and shipping vary wildly. I was chatting with 3 people at once getting prices. 1344.00,1224.00 and 1180.31 were the prices. Shop around and be prepared to wait!

Looking at the topper on the website it appears to not have a third brake light. But in the thread @Glen Baker LLC posted it is visible in the photos. Thin red LED it appears unless that was added later. I actually like the look of it also. Order it today and post some pictures when it's installed

Mine also has the third brake light led. I have not bothered to hook it up. I don't get on here much anymore.
