Can you just change the bulb with white / yellow switchbacks like that ?
I'm not really knowledgeable on lighting mods but the 2025 Lariat DRLs look like a light pipe, I have no idea where the bulb would be or even if there is one. Headlights are a sealed unit and I'm not going to mess with them

I think they look better than the headlights on my Lariat.

These headlights will make a huge aesthetic improvement on the XL and XLT models. The headlights on those models look atrociously cheap and generic.
Headlights are for the driver to see, not be seen.

Function over Fashion!!!

I just saw there's some new aftermarket headlights listed on eBay, anyone try them yet? I've been holding out for the Form Lighting ones but they've been coming soon for almost a year now.

Yeah I have messaged them a few times. I hear the same thing we are going to bring them out soon. I don't know why they are taking so long. Alot of people would buy them. I definetly think the chrome factory headlights detract from the trucks look. Ford should of offered the BAP headlights and tailights as a optional package. I didn't like black rims and I wanted the orange interior trim.
I looked at these lights too. I see ford and steeda offers the smoked headlights for $1390 for the pair. They also offer the black ford front and rear badges for $140. I used the duplicolor black chrome paint to black out mine.

Lariats would need a different turn signal socket and some extra wiring added to the pigtail to function with switchbacks like an XL/XLT, but it's theoretically doable.

I saw the ones from Ford, hopefully the Form ones come in cheaper than that but I bet they'll be close. I bought a set of the aftermarket BAP taillights for $250 about 6 months ago and I'm happy with them.

I ended up making offers on a bunch of the projector headlights on eBay and picked up a set for $549. I have a Lariat and after I ordered on eBay the manufacturer added them to their website and says they won't work with models that have LED DRL. I plugged one in when I got them the other day to see what lights worked and I think they'll work on Lariats but they won't be plug and play, the BCM will need programming. Everything works on them except the parking light when the headlight is on.

I'm going to make a new post with the programming and any modifications I had to do to get them in and working, as well as some output comparisons tonight. But this is a quick comparison of the passenger side(unaimed and sitting on my engine) vs just the stock passenger side.

It is doable, I made a no cut harness for about $40. I used This harness and got a replacement pin from an escape at the junkyard. I added the replacement pin to the open spot on the Lariat turn signal plug and connected it to the parking light wire on that harness and it worked.

I'm still trying to get them working right. The DRL's, turn signals and high/low beams work with no issues. The parking lights work when the switch is set to parking lights or headlights on but when the switch is in auto the parking lights won't turn on.

I've tried everything except for a LIN initialization, Forscan says I have a DTC set(I don't) and won't do it. I don't know anyone with a XL or XLT to test them with so I cant say for sure it's not an issues with the control modules in the lights. All trim levels have a parking light wire in the main harness but for some reason it's not used on the new lights.

The lights worked when I plugged them in, the only thing I had to do is trim an ear off the turn signal plug and use Forscan to turn off the DRL circuit that Lariats have to clear a fault code. I have changed a bunch of settings in the body control module to try and get the parking lights to work right but that's done nothing.

This is the plug on the new headlights I had to trim, I circled the part I cut off.

Here's a couple comparison shots of the new vs old, new is on top in all the pictures. The new ones were aimed too high when I took those pictures so it's not the best comparison.

The light output actually doesn't look too bad for ebay headlights. I would definitely be worried about longevity since Chinese lights use lower quality components. I'm still holding out for the FORM ones. Quality materials, assembled in the US and DOT compliant. Also because they look a little different than rebuilt Lariat assemblies.

I was pretty surprised with the output, I figured there'd be hotspots and shadows but I think if they were a little cheaper they'd be a decent buy.

I can tell they definitely went cheap on the housings, they flex a lot more when mounted than the stock ones do. I'm still waiting for the Form ones too, I hit a bunch of shingles and my driver side factory light was really loose afterwards. I thought something broke and I needed a new light so I figured id give these a try but it just pulled out one of the bolts and the clip popped out.

Form lights are NOT assembled in the USA. They are fully produced outside of the USA and imported, which is no different than the OP's TTABC lights.

I noticed the TTABC lights offered have a 2 year warranty. That's what Form offers on theirs if they ever come out.

I can't speak to this manufacturer, but I have purchased many after market headlights over the last 7 years for different cars. They all had the "blacked out" look. They all performed well. Then, after about a year, the inside plastics start to melt! You don't notice it right away, but the inside trim will start to warp due to the heat of the lights and the heat from daytime sunlight.

Then, the clear cover film that they put on them actually starts flake off! So I wound up buffing off the film. Then, by year two, the insides have melted to the point of no return.

I had the same issues with aftermarket tailights that were priced 50 percent lower than the high quality ones. Again, I don't know if these type of issues will happen with this brand. Just given you all something to possibly be aware of.
