For sure. Still Im thinking about adding solid reinforcement behind the plastic chin. That and maybe a expanded metal grate across the big opening. Just to protect from sticks. Still cant beleive I will be driving it this time next week. There is this river park right by Granger I hope we have time to do a quick mini romp at.No where enough Tremors out there yet though the Badlands might be close to fitting

Kinda pricey after seeing the badlands one for $199. And would prefer lighter aluminum.Haven't jumped on it yet, but I found this guy: https://www.hrgoffroad.com/front-skid-plate-for-2022-2023-2-0-l-maverick-only/
Those seem to be a good design for the BS so should work good for regular Mavericks. I haven't had the time yet really look at making something for my Tremor. I'm focusing more on replacing the felts in the middle and doing something about the rear under body overhang. I don't yet have a plan for either but it's brewing. I think I need to buy dimple dies and a finger brake for my press. I'm working on a off grid(like everything I got) water catchment system and car washing station for my 20x16 carport we built for it. Nice I do that I will have good reason to remove the felts and wash and treat it under then I can make a cardboard template and start the real figurin'!Haven't jumped on it yet, but I found this guy: https://www.hrgoffroad.com/front-skid-plate-for-2022-2023-2-0-l-maverick-only/
Low profile aluminum strut channel to mount 1/8" aluminum plates to the frame. That's what I replaced the felt with.

No noise at high speeds, also no noise while off-roading. The gap between the body and the plates luckily doesn't whistle, if it did I'd fill it with weather stripping.Wow, that's what I wanted to do with my Integra over a decade ago. Good job that looks very good. Do they make noise at high speeds?

Requisition for McMaster products:Good job!
Got any more pics of the channel or where you sourced it? Thickness/dimensions on it? Maybe where you mounted it? I haven't torn up my felts yet but when I do that project will be on my list.
Dude this is amazing. I pulled off the felt and couldnt believe the Fuel and brake lines were right underneath it.Low profile aluminum strut channel to mount 1/8" aluminum plates to the frame. That's what I replaced the felt with.

That's exactly why I made these. Because I take it out to the desert and don't feel like getting stranded.Dude this is amazing. I pulled off the felt and couldnt believe the Fuel and brake lines were right underneath it.
