Decided to fill up with 93 once I got estimate miles down to about 20. Being in mid nineties, thought I would test 93. It does make a difference. Pep picked up noticeably.

It's worth at least 10hp. I picked up about .15 0-60 with it. Dragy tested in same DA.

I notice a massive difference with 245/65R17 tires between regular and premium...so I mostly run premium. This thing is peppy as hell, and the fact that it handles like a car is incredible. How I haven't gotten a ticket in 9000 miles is a mystery.

I'm curious about folks putting in 93 instead of 87. What's the difference in the cost per gallon. Here it's 65¢/gal. A 12-gallon fillup is a $7.80 difference, so I'm not too sure I'm willing to pay that. It's bad enough that a fillup of 12 gallons is pushing $50.

I use 93 in all my vehicles that are turbocharged
Kinda sad saying you don’t want to pay an additional $7 to fill up when it’s already been proven there’s a performance bump

Of course I suspect my dad would also just go with 87 because “it’s good enough”

Where I live we get 91, but it doesn't have ethanol in it, so I get 3 more miles per gallon vs 87, acceleration is noticeably better, so it really only costs about $3.50 more per fill, it's well worth that, at least in the summer months.
