50 Years Apart ('72 Maverick & '22 Maverick)

I got my Hot Pepper Red EcoBoost XLT AWD Maverick yesterday.

Today I was able to get my mostly original paint Bright Lime '72 Maverick Grabber out and take a few pictures of the two of them together.

Had an original Ford Maverick in Mustard yellow. Bought it for $50 as a bridge vehicle. Previous owner converted it from an automatic to a stick - drove it for two months then gave it to my younger brother. He drove it for another year until wrecked. I am hoping to like the new one much more!

That's Awesome. Remember those very well back in the day. Seem to recall some had houndstooth interior and I think houndstooth vinyl top.

Not quite houndstooth- the company that makes my guitar straps must have found a roll, they all had a sea of this in the trunk (as did Falcons and Mustangs).

And what kind of guitar(s) would you possess @TCK. I myself have a Peavey Bass, Yamaha Acoustic, and a Epiphone Les Paul Zakk Wylde Bullseye.

This may bum you out, but I play Baritone ukulele, not guitar. I have these straps on at least 10 instruments (everything from tenor up). I have a lot of instruments, four guitars- my Favorite is my Gretsch Jim Dandy because it sounds like old. There are likely 45 instruments in my house, some nearing their 100th birthday, but these Flintstone fingers were never very good on a guitar
