Dammit. This has to happen while I am away, of course, and not home to put the code reader on it. 2023 Maverick XL, hybrid with low miles on it. My wife went to drive it today, and it took 6 tries to get it to start. Check Engine light came on steady, and the following warnings popped up:

- Blind Spot Detection not working
- Hill Start Assist Not Available
- Stop Safely Now

12v battery has already been replaced under warranty. Anything obvious come to mind as to what this likely is?

6 turns of the key to finally get Ready light?
But no warning lights between turns, or not really noticing because likely just turning each time and of course all the lights turn on for each attempt?

Bad battery, really bad. She probably caught it before it went dead. More dead.
Which would explain the other lights, because when the battery is too dead to start - posters have reported some crazy errors reported on as modules weren't getting the Volts they wanted.

How long ago with new battery?
AGM, or still doing bigger FLA like mine in July?
Does work order say they did the AC module software update?
Mine would not, as they saw bad battery - and chalked it up to that.
Their mentality doesn't go to WHY it went bad, and that needs a fix.

You may be correct. I'll check the battery voltage tomorrow when I'm home tomorrow and pop the code reader into the OBD port.

You could try to disconnect the battery for five minutes, my 25 lariat had all warning lights on including check engine light, vehicle sat overnight and they were gone except check engine light that took another night and reset itself, I was surprised to see all the warning lights on the ford app.

An ancient Chinese proverb:
When the battery voltage goes down, the chance of red herring errors goes up.

I checked the 12v battery with a very basic meter I have (doesn't actually give the voltage, unfortunately) and it came up as "low", so I suspect the culprit may be that 12v battery again.

Final verdict: 12 volt battery was indeed bad. Technician said it was "frozen" and failed testing. This is the second replacement 12 volt battery in less than 3 years. Ford needs to stop putting cheap Chinese FLA batteries in these trucks.

That's not the actual issue, cheap battery. Many OEM ones were made in Spain actually.
Cheap can be made anywhere!
It doesn't help the real issue, but it's the result of the issue.

Many of us are on the undercharging / undercharged side of the battery.
That'll kill any battery eventually by sulfation.

You might look at work order - or actual battery - you likely got an AGM at this point, since used on the 25MY and have been warranty replacements for many since summer.

Good idea - I am going to check the work order to see what kind of battery was installed. I had assumed it was the lead acid type
