Do you drive 5k miles a year because you have multiple vehicles? Also, do you anticipate that changing (different job, longer commute, etc.)? Is your commute more City or is it more highway/rural? I know some folks get the hybrid and find that since they like it more and it is more fuel efficient, they drive that way more than the other cars. So that might change your calculations.
As for AWD - most people do not need AWD. If you get a lot of snow, FWD w/good snow tires will beat an AWD w/all seasons any day.
