2025 Hybrid AWD engine overheated at only 450 miles

the variety of options Ford looks like a bingo card so I find these discussions about warranty cost kinda useless. $0 deductible option, 1 to 120 month term, 4 levels of coverage.

Ha! I agree on the bingo card layout.
8/120 $100 deductible premium care was almost $4k for the 2025 Hybrid AWD so I'll ride the extended hybrid drivetrain warranty and pray for the best.
However the 2026 Ridgeline is supposed to have a hybrid variant so if the Mav becomes problematic I will jump to a RL and not look back.

What about the canned jellied cranberry sauce - can't forget that!How so? Oh. That's another table discussion. Canned jellied sauce that slides out the can vs homemade that used whole cranberries .
it's a tad over half of that if you order from Granger or Flood!
List has about a 45% dealer margin, while Granger is $25 over cost.
in canned's defense, it slices much better for those turkey sandwiches next week!

The office finance guy offered a non Ford warranty. I said that I would buy the Ford warranty for that and he discounted it.

You guys are giving this old man far more credit than he deserves, lol. I'm not out to fool anybody, it's likely the dealer rep fooled me and I'm passing on what I'm told that I bought. I'll verify after daybreak. I don't feel like fighting mosquitoes right this moment.
