2025 Eruption Green Maverick XLT Spotted on Video

Isn't that "Pea Green"? As in Pea Soup. It looks the color of pea soup to me.

Maybe that's not the true color in person. Kind of like Cyber Orange isn't the color in person that it was on their website when I ordered it. It's much more school bus yellow in person...but I digress.

I was thinking the same thing! The front end looks much better in that color than what I've seen so far.

Green has always been my favorite color. We bought the 24 Terrain color as a toad as it most closely matched our motorhome. But this would be my choice.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am happy to see a new color. Nissan has a similar green. Black, white and 50 shades of gray are getting old.

I'm not a fan of the front end, but that color looks good. I'd like to see Kodiak brown.

Yeah, not a great color. But first car. Bought it used from my sister for $400. It had a good deal of rust on those fenders by then, and I bought a 1970 Maverick for parts to keep the green one running. Transmission, radiator, fenders - a few parts found their way from the older one to the 71 while I owned it.

That's almost as bad as keeping a Pinto going. Must have been hard up for cheap transportation at the time.

I had one of those too. A 1978 station wagon with a 2.3L 2 barrel carb, 4 speed stick. Added mag-style wheels and wider tires. It wasn't fast, but it ran forever.

At near minimum wage, I was hard up for ANY transportation!

You’re correct in a certain degree of sunlight. In bright sunlight, mine looks like Navy gold but on cloudy days it’s more like school bus yellow. You have to agree, our Mavs do stand out.

This is the best looking grille I've seen on the 25s so far. The bumper horns still ruin it for me, but the rest is terrific.

Also, gloss black side mirrors and door handles on an Eruption Green vehicle?

No. Makes it look cheap. That color deserves better.

Ending on a positive note though, I like the wheels.
