    I have the stubby and have not noticed any difference in reception with FM or XM. Has anyone gone thru a carwash with the long antenna?

    No one touch to lower the drivers window? Some people are soooo spoiled! My first 5 or 6 cars had crank windows.

    I have a Truxedo soft roll up that came from Amazon for about $300 with a 5 year warranty. Installed it myself in 1.5 hours.

    I have a 24 Lariat hybrid for almost a year and have had no problems at all. Averaged 42 mpg on a recent trip and now getting 47 in mostly urban driving without A/C.

    If the dealer charges more than MSRP, walk out. BTW what is an acquisition fee? I wouldnt pay that either.

  11. Got my new Maverick XLT hybrid

    Congrats on your Maverick! I am also in the Upstate and have mine 10 months now. Installes a Truxedo soft roll up cover myself in about an hour. Great truck getting 47 mpg.

  12. When to get first oil change

    I did my first oil change at 4,600 miles and 10 months owned. oil life had about 25% left and the oil was still pretty clean.

  13. Automatic car wash -- stock antenna / roof damage?

    I have the stubby and have had no issues with the carwash or reception.

    I had 3 Frontiers in a row, 1997, 2001 and 2013. All good trucks but now drive a 24 Maverick Lariat hybrid and love it, averaged 42 mpg on a recent trip from SC to NJ.

  16. Can we trust them? 3 new colors.

    i was duped also. Ordered a 23 Lariat in Area 51 in Sept 2022. By the time the truck was built Ford discontinued the color and converted to a 24. I dont trust them.

  17. Mav Hybrid mileage

    Not unusual at all. I was getting 45 mpg w/o the AC but now that the temp is in the 90s in SC my Mav is averaging 40.

    I have never heard anything good about Capital and would never do business with them again. Got minr at Vic Bailey (now Spartanburg Ford) no markups no hassle.
