Let us know what they do with the empty spot on the dash where the Pro trailer hitch assist knob would.

I'm curious if it's a flat panel or different knob in it's place.

Will do I ordered the XLT FX4 with 2k towing and lux package because you have to to get the FX4 package. I wanted the inside blacked out out that's not an option with the FX4 so I'll have to find some seat covers now

My dealership apparently has no clue how to check my vehicles shipping status. My call kept getting passed back to the switchboard. After the fourth time hearing “press 1 for service, 2 for sales….” I gave up.

I call the salesman directly. He's even texted me a few times keeping me updated when Ford hasn't sent any emails or anything about my order. I guess I got a good salesman

When I placed my order, it was my salesman’s first day. I’m not joking.

I did, however, add the keypad. I wonder if that has anything to do with it or it's just sitting in the back somewhere waiting for shipment?

The keypad has been a dealer installed option (DIO) since 2024, so it's unlikely the keypad is holding your 2025 order up.
It's likely on a lot with all the remaining 2025's that were part of the quality hold, awaiting it's turn to head north of the border.

I 100% agree! Remember Ford has over 10,000 Maverick that were placed in quality hold check and sitting in a very large parking lot. It will take some time to ship all these Mavericks...

It's just waiting to be shipped. It's been doing that to others as well. Don't worry about it. Check back tomorrow or Friday and it will change to shipped

Mine went from being built back to "order confirmed."

There’s only one explanation for this: they ran the assembly backward and disassembled your truck!

Looks like they used the dash setup from the XL and XLT so there is no knob to replace.

Finally got the update I've been looking for. The ETA is very optimistic (12/29-01/04) I'd be shocked if it actually arrived in that time frame. I'm thinking more like mid-January.
