My dealership apparently has no clue how to check my vehicles shipping status. My call kept getting passed back to the switchboard. After the fourth time hearing “press 1 for service, 2 for sales….” I gave up.
Same exact vehicle as me.
Mine was a week behind you, the timeline as as follows:
Ordered: 8/10
Scheduled: 11/18
In production: 11/23
It was ahead in being built though:
Built: 12/10
Shipped: 12/11
Est. Delivery: 12/11 - 12/17
It seemed quite optimistic on Fords part that it would get here...
My guess based on nothing: some kind of factory installed option is holding up the production of your vehicle. They’ll do all of the similar vehicles as once. As such, the popular builds are done first. Green AWD hybrid Lariat with 4k tow is basically the vanilla ice cream of Mavericks. Sunroof...
Mane I’m wrong, but wouldn’t people closer to Mexico get their Mavericks first? I’m guessing Tucson, Phoenix, LA, Albuquerque (thank you spelled checker), and El Paso will be first, but maybe there are other factors.
Has the camera issue been resolved? I can’t find anything online showing that it’s been fixed or that there was a stop-sale. And I just saw a 2022-2024 XLT with a temp plate issued in 12/7/24, but it may have been purchased used.
Yeah, mine is listed on the dealers site as well. A coworker called and said he was interested in that specific vehicle, and gave them the last four digits of the vin. They called him back 5 minutes later and were forthright about the situation, saying it was a custom order, isn’t on the lot...
Pro Assist options don’t appear on any window stickers. Check F150 Lariat window stickers to see for yourself.
I ordered mine in August and have thus far revived one (1) email, and it was a survey from the dealership. I had to take it upon myself to visit fords website and ask for a VIN, figure...
Now put yourself in the shoes of someone who doesn’t browse forums or painstakingly research articles on the web, and instead just relies on the manufacturer. Ford has said since day one (and still states on several parts of their website) that the Pro Assist features will be on the 2025...
Ford has made a total of zero (0) statements that the pro assist features will be missing from early builds, yet it’s still being listed and advertised. This forum is the only place anyone has said anything.
Looks like mine might arrive tomorrow. I’ll be cruising in my 2025 before all of you bozos!
Seriously though, an arrival date of 12/16 would be pretty great, as it’s my birthday. I’m not that optimistic; there’s no way it’s coming that soon. But I’m hopeful for sometime before Christmas. I’m in...
They were talking about the six week QC hold on new models (or “refreshed models” like the 2025 Maverick) for a while. Here’s an article about it. Note that it states “up to” six weeks...
You won’t see it on any window sticker. It’s part of the co-pilot 360 package. F150 Lariat comes standard with pro trailer backup assist, but check any F150 Lariat window sticker and it won’t be listed there either.
