Mine did the same thing today, went from "Built" to "Order Confirmed". I seem to be regressing even more now. At least last time it moved from "Built" it only went back to "In Production". Maybe they decided mine was so poorly built they needed to start over again.
Mine started doing that as well today. Supposedly it means stuff is happening.

Mine also got delivered today to my dealer. Really surprised they called me. We got too much snow to go get it, so next Tuesday it ought to have all melted and the roads free of ice. Getting it all together to go get it.

I guess it's worth a try. I've seemed to know more about this truck and what is happening than they do every time I talk to them, though. They've been really nice but haven't given me a bit more info (and usually a lot less) than just the Ford Chat and tracker website give.
