Hey Mustang, How were you able to track via rail. My mav should be arriving at Chapman Philly between now and Feb 3 is there a railcar number on the window sticker or do I have to go through Chapman for that info

I had a July 21 order and ended up having to cancel 12/6 and look for other options since mine had yet to be scheduled and I've been running into more and more issues with my current car

We have a hybrid Lariat ordered on Sept 1, priority 10.
No email changing the 10, I'm wondering if that will trigger the change from a MY22 to 23.
I thought these hybrid orders were LOCKED by Ford, zero changes!
Wife is hopping next Thursday will be the day, I'm looking at the 20th.

Probably worth a phone call, let us know.

Can you post a screenshot? Not sure why they would notify you of this type of thing.. the dealers can set priority codes all the way down to 10. But 10-19 are all basically the same, custom retail orders. This makes no sense.

I'm a 10/8 Chapman order. Priority 10.

Would you mind sharing your timing? When did you edit your specs compared to when your priority moved out to 17?

I never got an automated notification. I send them an email weekly on the status and they shared a picture of the order status, where I noticed the priority change. Today they sent me an update of the status showing priority 10 again. Not sure why the change, I asked but they didn't comment on that.

You email them weekly? I placed my order 10/5 and haven’t bothered them since. They have no control over scheduling.

You do you but I don’t see how that is doing anything but pestering people who can’t really do anything to help.

Yes, I email them but they said to do so and that they didn't mind. I know it won't speed up anything but at least it helps me mentally to know something even if it's nothing. At the speed this is going I may have this truck by May or June. Maybe I end up being friends will all Chapman Ford by then!

I have a barebones (just the hitch optioned) XLT hybrid I ordered/confirmed Aug 9th that was scheduled for Jan 31, but actually got bumped back to Jan 24 just yesterday.

That is really odd about your priority code changing. Did ford do that or did chapman? Chapman can change it back to 10, although I'm not sure if it really makes a difference. The only code that makes a difference for you is when it goes to 2.

Ordered a hybrid lariat lux from chapman late July and I was scheduled last month. My build date is January 24.

Same here. Original order was 7/19 but changed configurations a few times. Last revision was 8/30. build schedule is week of 1/31.
