If Ford continues things the way they have since about March, November scheduling won't be announced until about Sept 21.

So scheduling happens on Thursday's only but it only happens once a month? Just wondering when the next scheduling happens and how often it happens.
Also, I read somewhere that Ford was thinking they could get all current retails order for MY24 built by Feb 2024. Don't recall where I read it, but it was in some article.

Since about March 2023, Ford has had one large scheduling day per month, typically the 3rd Thursday of the month. They may have clean up or commit scheduling, with very few trucks scheduled, other weeks. Those emails have gone out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Ford said they should be able to complete the majority of 2023 MY rollover orders between November and February. 2024 orders are planned to be scheduled from 10/16/23-November 2024.

update: dealer said ford odering system wont let him remove . Told me im priority code 2 which i already knew

To make change, dealer needs to take you out of priority 2, to any number between 3-19. Make change, then e-mail Ford to change the order back to priority 2.

I was scheduled with a hard trifold tonneau cover (on constraint) last week, so I say you have a chance being at priority 2 already.

Probably the latter. They aren't installed during the normal assembly and have to moved to another part of the factory to be added on. Given I installed my own in less than ten minutes in my driveway, it isn't worth it to have them factory installed.

And you would be able to purchase them using your ford points after you get the vehicle if they are not supply constrained.

My dealer in Longview won’t do it. Some crud about Ford won’t let them. I’d call BS but it won’t do any good, they already layed it out. But your mileage may vary!

Priority code doesn't seem to matter much. I was a 19 and I've already got a VIN and production week.
