Went over 100k miles on my 1st edition Maverick and figured I should provide info. Ford wanted to change the trans fluid, replace spark plugs, all air filters, oil change, wheel alignment, and coolant drain/fill. Cost was under $1000 so I let them do it all. They found no issues with anything.

Over the 100k miles I have driven the Maverick, I have replaced the CV axles, the windshield, and the tires. Stock tires made it to almost 90k with zero flats. CV axles were replaced by Ford with the new stock number axles and a warranty. The truck gets 38+ mpg highway and up to 53 in city. I plan to put another 100k on it over the next 3 years. Will report any maintenance needed.

Love my truck!

I was comfortable with buying all of my Fords.
My Mav is my tenth Ford.
All taken past 100,000 miles. A few way way past, mid three’s , Never a problem.
All on Motorcraft oil. All with 10,000 mile full synthetic oil change intervals.
Now my two turbo motors, this Mav and my 2021 Bronco sport turbo got 5,000 mile oil change intervals.

I was just going to post I'm past 40,000 miles on my stock tires and they are doing well. Tread is getting a little thin but been saying that since 20k. Seems like they just stopped wearing at all now.

Really good for stock tires.
I think all the complainers got fooled early on like I did.

A dealer wanted to sell me new tires at 17k. I said no. Glad I did.

It's weird. Not linear wear.
THE FIRST 4/32 go away fast.
The bottom 4/32 last about forever.
Weird. But what I see.

I also tow and haul - 20% of my miles.

I'm past 40k and I have changed the oil 1 time.

(A dealership changed it 2 times for me. First two were free.)

12,000 miles on this oil and that's with some towing and hauling. But with my driving style, that's only 6,000 miles with the engine running. Oil life currently is at 14%. Oil life monitor is trustworthy.
Oil on dipstick is still brown. Not even black. ~ 9 months old.

Hybrids rule.

I've never heard of anyone getting remotely near 90k miles out of the Michelin Primacy A/S 225/60-18. They had to have been completely worn smooth, no tread? They start with 8.5/32nd depth and are rated for 50k miles. I ditched mine at 34k when I started noticing hydroplaning in heavy rain! :ROFLMAO:

I live in SE Louisiana where it rains all the time. Tread was at 1mm and 2mm when I changed them. Had no issues. It could be that I drive like a 55yr old man...

I found out a long time ago when I was commuting lots of miles daily that if I hypermiled, easy on, easy off the go pedal, coast, and keep my tire pressures up my tires lasted forever. Occasionally I have had a vehicle that likes to chew up tires, but for the most part tires seem to last a long time if treated right. LOL

I read the thread title and was thinking "let it be a hybrid, let it be a hybrid"! It's a hybrid!

I'm approaching 24k with 14 months of ownership, hoping to hit 200 plus before all is said and so done.
