I got the email as well, but mine has made it at least as far as the modules are alive, so I could be hung up waiting for the SIBL, etc. Who the hell knows at this point.

Saw email from Ford and thought I was getting the Built notification. Not so much.

Posted here somewhere, I ordered 2 ea. Hybrids an XLT Cyber Orange and XL Carbonized Gray Metallic, the same color as my current Maverick XL. I fully expect Ford to promptly deliver these around ummm say 2025! At least I got my pricing and order in. Happy Trails I love this UTE! HA!

BTW - I chatted with Ford C.S yesterday for a status and priority code which I have received from them before- The agent told me to contact the Manager at the dealer for status !!! What ? I said great info thanks but can you get me status ? she replied " that is the status " Where is Ford getting these people and who is training them ? I'm guessing she was in her living room on the couch , lap top on the lap with a headset on and her cat next to her - watching re-runs of Friends ....

After a few delays to my production week I finally got the email that my production would be the week of July 4th. For the last 10 days it was fun to click the link in that email saying my vehicle "is in production". Today's new email was they are sorry they didn't actually produce my truck and they will get back to me "at least every 45 days"! So sweet, with new contact every 45 days how can a guy still not feel loved?

Same here, Ordered 7/26/21 Lariat Hybrid, First Edition, Rapid Red, Lux Pkg, CoPilot 360 - Received the same exact email last evening - Went to see my dealer this morning & showed him the letter, he went in & checked my status, I too scheduled for July 4th production, eleven push backs, hope this is the last one, but my dealer said this was a mass email & not pointing to anyone in particular, but to just let everyone know delays might be encountered. I'm told my Lariat is at the plant & in production & I should know something is a week or less upon completion & ready for shipment. He assured me that all the components were available to complete the build at this point. So, at least for now, I feel somewhat better. I'll be checking the tracking daily.

Forgive my ignorance, but when you say the modules are live, what do you mean & which tracking app are you using? Is it Ford's app or someone else? What do the modules tell you?

No problem - you are here on the forum, which really has all you need.

To the modules question, if you have your VIN you can go to the Ford site that shows if the different Modules that make up the Mav's computer have been activated yet. Until it's built you'll see a blank page and then one day - lots of codes! As I understand it that roughly means the truck is built... so I am hoping mine is in the next line at the shop to get my spray in bedliner, cover installed.

Why do some people get emails and others get none?

Aside from jokes, if they relied upon their customer database management skills to make money, they'd be worse than bankrupt.

Well I called Ford customer service and got better news. My build week moved from 08/15 to 08/08. I also didnt get that Ford Email everybody is talking about.

Mine was supposedly "in production" the first week of June and was pulled out and I now have a build week of 8/1. I would not count on anything until your truck's mods pop up on the tracking site.

Which site is that? If it is the motorcraft site, then yes, it’s on there.
