Well at least you are getting emails! I ordered mine October 1 got an email acknowledging my order a few days later, and not another word. My dealer called and got a VIN # and a build week. BUT nothing to me or the dealer without the dealer calling Ford. My understanding was that we would be contacted about every 6 weeks to let us know the progress of our orders! But that hasn’t happened. Pretty crappy customer service or relations!

Why did I just get an email Ford saying my build date of 7-4 was being moved back due to parts constraints when it’s been in production since 7-01? I even called the dealer and Ford to verify. What the hell is going on with Ford?

My dealer just contacted me saying that my truck that was supposed to be delivered by the end of this month, will now be delayed at least until The end August. Built and sitting at the plant. Good grief.

The dealer, yes. Ford, absolutely not. At least I can speak for my dealer, they gave me the information as soon as they got it. Ford? They decided to delay any sort of notifications for 2-3 weeks. My truck should have been in production at the beginning of June. It's mid-July and they had it delayed till August, but Ford didn't tell me it would be delayed to August until the beginning of July, the dealership did.

CS told me today that my Mavrick has been in production since May 27th - How can that be??? My production date has been pushed back eleven times since May 27th. Lariat Hybrid, RR, First Edition, Lux Pkg, CoPilot 360.

At least you may still get yours. I was flat out tilt I won’t get one, and to get in line for next year. Worse, those who pre-ordered the ‘23 will be ahead of me. Go figure.

When I click on that link and put my information in it shows PCM and BCE, but doesn't say active or anything else. Just has those 2 listed.
