One week after placing an order I got a build date….

• We don’t get emails in Canada. Dealer texted me the confirmed build at 10:31AM MST.
• Week of August 21
• Waiting for dealer to send VIN
• 🛻 Lariat Tremor Off Road Package with 360 Co-Pilot in Avalanche. (No other add ons)
• Southern Alberta, CANADA
• Ordered June 7, 2023
• Removed the tri fold tonneau and mud flaps this week due to constraints and only 1% of orders are for Tremors so that also may have been in my favour. Ordered this from a small dealership with an open allocation and no other orders ahead of mine for Mavericks. Anyone in Alberta looking to order check Strathmore Ford they had two open allocations 2 weeks ago.

Now we are talking next level good luck! wow, congrats. I waited almost one year for same build..

Damn, another week of disappointment... I keep telling myself someone has to be last, which is fine, but its a real bummer now that I'm starting to think its not getting built at all. I guess reordering next month is now a pretty distinct possibility unless they do one last round to fill up the last of the 23s in July and I sneak in.

Is there any resale value with EB AWD's these days? I know the hybrids are still selling for big bucks but not sure about the EB AWD. I am in SE Michigan and got scheduled today for the week of July 31st but not really sure I want the truck at this point. I'm sure the dealer would have no issue selling it but not sure if it would be worth me buying and then trying to sell. It probably wouldn't arrive until Sept so who knows what will be happening with the Mav market at that point.

The nice thing is my order is price protected plus I'm sure we will see a price increase on the 24's.

I've never received a single email from Ford. If I hadn't called their customer number ( 800-334-4375 ) I wouldn't know squat. Today I called and got my VIN number and learned my XL was in production. A couple of months ago I called and finally got a sales code and order number. All the communication has been one sided. I guess I'll have to keep calling to find out when the build will be completed and when it will ship. They have my email address but it doesn't seem to matter.
