I just logged into my order and was going over it and saw that Ford has added the Package 500A to my order. This is the Lariat Package. My order was for a XLT with Lux Package. I have reached out to the dealer for clarification. Anyone notice anything added to their order?
This has happened to me as well. Also shows I ordered an XL instead of an XLT.

I think the tracker site must be messed up - my build shows as a Lariat Hybrid at the top and shows Package 100A and 500A. The 100A is for the XL trim level and 500A is for the Lariat trim level. Also shows Bed Utility Discount Package, but I don't have the spray in bed liner.

Thank you for your help. I went to the dealer and they removed the spray in bed liner and set it to priority 10! hopefully I will get scheduled soon.
The last video from @fordvideoguy mentioning constraints said the spray-in was no longer one of them because so many had removed it from their orders.

This has happened to me as well. Also shows I ordered an XL instead of an XLT.
Mine says the same thing, but my scheduling email says XLT.

They did the same to me. The tracker is messed up. I got my window sticker today and it is as i ordered it.

Good for you. I hope the best on your truck.

Sitting on 15 months myself and cannot even get a VIN. Keep getting the 45 SOL emails and watching new orders down the road get their hybrids. If I could get a VIN, at least I would know my chances are good that I may actually get one sometime in the next half a year. 🤪
I think you should get on the phone and call Ford customer service. Find out exactly where you stand.

I think you should get on the phone and call Ford customer service. Find out exactly where you stand.
Can't imagine I would get anything productive from that. I've used the Ford chat and that only functions to confirm that I am still in limbo. Planning on another visit to the dealership on Monday to celebrate another month of waiting has accrued. Is this custom service line something you used to get your VIN?

No, I already had one. But the lady gave me a schedule date and confirmed that my private offer was in the system. At the very least you should be able to have them tell you your priority code, and if the dealer did everything they were supposed to do, because something doesn't sound right. have your order # at hand when you call.

Yep, I got my DORA in September and double checked each week it has been priority 10. I believe my dealer has done everything correctly with my order. I indeed get the 45 day SOL emails. The issue appears to be on Ford's end. When the MY 22 VIN's were canceled by Ford and rolled to MY 23 as pri 2, all us rollover orders had to wait for those to be picked up first, which for my small dealership has taken months due to allocations being small amounts. So here I sit. But, Thank You for the suggestion. :)

Hi All. Last month I got the "Your vehicle has been schedule" email. It was scheduled for production this week. When I login and track my order status, it had a date on it 01/18/2023. The week has ended and the status is the same and I have not had an email from Ford for a month.

Does anyone know if I should expect a status update from them if the truck was actually produced this week?

Side note. Image shows XL.

FWIW, people have seen issues with the tracking site today. Also, there have been examples of this screen going from "in production" to "shipped" with no status in between. I'm not sure how frequently the production system sends updates to the marketing system but it could simply be a case of the system not being caught up yet.

Also, did you have any add-ons (cover, SIBL, etc)? Those take an extra day or two.

Thanks Bob. I didn't add any extras like that, so let's see what the status says later. So, it sounds like there may be no email, but the status could just switch to shipped...
