I'm already going to have to shell out money to rent something because what I needed the truck for is going to come and go whether I get scheduled or not at this point, so I'll probably get picked sometime week in April for a June build and July delivery (just after the window I could use it this year closes) as an extra slap in the face from Ford.

Getting 4-5 weeks of Bronco Sport for every Maverick week. That is a Ford decision, not a supply constraint.

This... Just kills me to see this happen week after week. Clearly Ford is focused on pumping out the higher margin vehicles such as the Bronco Sport. Not saying that they couldn't pump out exactly the same # of units, but for people who think "chips" are short on the Maverick, but not the Bronco Sport, probably naive to think that. I do think the Hybrid powertrains are backed up, so perhaps Mav Hybrids are truly constrained, however Ford should have no problem pumping out the 2.0 EB mavericks, especially those without the bed covers etc.

I ordered September 18; I ordered what I wanted and thought, I’ll just wait. And I waited saying, it’s how I want my new truck to be. Then on Tuesday I called my sale guy and told him to drop the bed cover and the splash guards and the tool box. I will not give up Lux tow and co-pilot. Problem is I’m old and I don’t want to wait.I’m getting impatient not because how long it’s taking, but I’m not getting any younger. Old and disappointment is not good.
LOL I'm old as well, 83 going on 84 in March. - Ordered 7/26/21 Lariat, Hybrid, Rapid Red, First Edition, Lux Pkg., CoPilot 360. Don't have many years left on this earth.

Shouldn't be a surprise, it's what Mr. Farley said they'd do on a shareholder conference call a couple months ago. He said they'd divert resources to higher profit models.

Spoke to my salesman today, my unit is listed as "unscheduled clean" .. Its only been 3 months for me, I can't imagine the people still waiting from June/July.. Saw they start 2023 production in October, I'd like to believe we all have our 2022's before then but at this rate who knows.
I ordered my xlt Ecoboost with 4k for n Nov 23, I got a build date 2 weeks age for March 28 th, yesterday I got a change now build date is April 18th.

Which is why 3-3-2022 is the end date. Well, probably won't really enjoy them, and Let me get this out of the way, A Truck was a Compromise based on the fact that there is not a single new vehicle on the market that tickles my interest NOT ONE! this only peaked my interest because it share the same platform as the European FOCUS. that is it. nothing more nothing less. I have a strong loyalty to the Focus Line, NOT Ford. remember that the Villager is a Nissan Quest, And it shows with how well it has held up, Nissan will be a last resort, not a first choice.
Let me know if you have any additional Questions.

EDIT
And I have been Watching the Constraints list, was about to remove the Hard Roll up, when I noticed that HARD ROLL UP had been removed from the list, and the last constraint list, just listed Rollup.... and was like whelp that it is time, and to be honest, @Ford Motor Company screwed the pooch by not allowing people to pull the spray in Bed liner from their LUX build. or contacting people and asking if it can either be delivered with out and a discount applied or a promise to have the dealer do it upon arrival at no cost to the Buyer. there are options, But it just takes a little Give a Scat to use them
If you do bail, please cancel your order and not just give it to the dealer. One less for Ford to build and maybe move someone up at your dealership.

It almost like ford is going back to Henery Fords statement of "You can have any color you like as long as it is black" but now it is "You can have any vehicle as long as it makes us large profit"

Hello everyone, long-time lurker, joined recently after ordering my Maverick on 1/29/22 just before the cutoff! So I ordered my Maverick, and got the confirmation email sent to me. However, when I log into the ford account I created, I don't see my truck listed on the "Reservations and Orders" page. Does anyone else have this experience too?
Congrats for submitting an order before the deadline. Just to calm your nerves, I placed my XLT Hybrid on August 12th and still have never received further information from Ford other than the confirmation email the day of my order, which stated my vehicle will be built when available. I'm in regular contact with my dealer who comforts me with "we don't know either" and "your orders is in and will be built." If you get yours by summer, you are a lucky person ass most of us have waited thus far 6 - 9 months. I wish you well and a speedy delivery, But not before mine PLEASE!

I ordered my EB XL cactus gray on 11/24, in December I removed the SIBL so the only add on I have is the hitch receiver and I originally got a scheduled date of week of march 21, then it got bumped to w/o 3/28 now I just got a new scheduled date of w/o 4/11, I’m just glad to have a vin now and at least I’m getting scheduled and can track order

I have a stupid question... I have been here for a while but only vaguely paid attention to these. My order went from "order confirmed" to "in Production" this week. Does that mean my truck is actually in process of being built or its scheduling to be built at some later week?

Thanks for the help.
Should mean your truck is on the way buddy! Once I got to confirmed build date on my Maverick which was December 13th of last year things progressed rather quickly after that in fact it arrived at the dealer less than a month later! So get ready to smile I think your truck is on the way!

Now I have heard different things since then but the next thing you should receive is a production date and once you have that your home free at least from my experience experience. Good luck. Unless you ordered a lot of weird options I can't think of any reason they would not produce it on time. Mine was rather individual I ordered the sliding window the co-pilot 360 the tow package the interior 400 w inverter both floor covering options and that was about it it arrived right on time

I'm not so sure it's a bad sign to get bumped to a 2. But I've been a 2 since November. I ordered in July.
Im not sure if these codes really mean anything from what Im seeing on here?? Ive been a 10 since day one and still no build date but know its coming. But see codes from 2-19 and all numbers getting done one way or another.

Hoping they schedule more weeks in April for Maverick production. They could be waiting to see they will receive from suppliers and schedule accordingly.

Remember what Tim Bartz said about ordering volume. July was an extremely heavy month and once those go through, the others should go much quicker. Understand, but if you have the money, perhaps hedge and keep this and can always decline the order when delivered.
July! Still waiting on my June order!? Build date has been pushed out 3 times and fingers crossed is scheduled for next week.
