I was expecting the service manager to act like the WHUMP WHUMP WHUMP was something other than the axle assemblies.

Instead he just informed me that the axles aren't covered under the 60k power train warranty.

I said I don't believe it, turned around and walked out.

Leave a review on the dealership Google page telling folks about your experience of the service manager trying to defraud you of your money and go elsewhere.

Oh I'm planning to visit the sales manager after I get the axles replaced at a different dealership. I'm going to show him the receipt, and explain why I'll never buy anything again off their lot...

Back when I was young, like 40 years ago, I bought a New Honda motorcycle.

A few months after purchase, a piece of plastic trim cracked. And there was excess gas spilling out of the carb. I called the dealership and they said neither of those items was covered under my warranty. I said OK.

I called Honda customer support and explained my situation. The next day the dealer called and had my bike fixed under warranty.

Not saying this is what you need to do but what a bunch of shit. They need to Fix your warranty defects.

Name and Shame. Please do not post things like this without disclosing who you were dealing with, to help us from dealing with the same people.
I agree with you. "name and shame"
Otherwise don't bother posting.
It doesn't help anybody avoiding an unscrupulous Dealer.

I just got off the phone with Ford customer service in Dearborn.

Just a waste of time...

Yea they are but your emotional response and storming out like a child prevented you from having a conversation that would have gotten to the bottom of it.
