The TPMS indicated pressure readings have been about 5psi low on my Mav from day 1, as compared to a quality gauge. I'm sure there is a way to calibrate the system, but I have no clue what it may be, or how easy it is. Instead, I just know to add 5psi to what it says, and always double check with my Jayco gauge.

Mine seems pretty accurate. I use a digital gauge on my air compressor to dial them in and the TPMS display is usually bang on. Honestly it does not take much of a swing in temp to cause the pressure to change. Just having the sun shine on one side of the truck can cause 1-2 PSI swing between left and right.

Are you checking stone cold, or after driving a bit? I easily see a 5-6psi difference between 25/30F and 70/80F. My dash display is right on the money compared to multiple other gauges.

I wish TPMS displayed in tenths of pound. It appears to be fairly accurate. I have pis mechanical gage good for about +/- 3lb guess. My Ryobi digital 35.3 psi is right where truck display switches to 35 psi. So what's the rounding routine on the computers display???? I can get a 4-6 lb increase TP with 10 miles at 75 mph (small & light tires heat up fast). Appears that every 11-12 °F is about 1 psi tire pressure change just sitting. 4 hours side in sunlight= about 2-3psi more. Hard to measure as need to take it where ambient temp stays same for 5+ hours.

I lost trust in the TPMS when the Ford tech came to do the taillight recall. I had been monitoring the pressures and they all showed good. As part of the recall apparently they have to recalibrate the sensors (I suppose because the BCM computer is reset?). As soon as I got in the truck after he left, the low tire warning showed up, and I had to put 5-6 psi into each of them.
Has anyone else experienced this?
A hour or two after I bought 4 tires I got low pressure warning on Ford pass for ALL TIRES. Damn Tire Guy let too much air out!

Yep! If you carry it on a trip be sure battery is charged. I have not tried the charger in my 400 amp inverter plug. I also have the 4ah medium size battery. Mainly use around house takes few mins to walk around and check tires. When filling tire looking at gage it is displaying line pressure. Have to release trigger and wait about 1.5 seconds to see tire pressure screen blink to lower pressure. There is no trigger lock so trigger can get bumped and it can run battery down. Need to store with battery not attached. It has one of the lock onto valve stem levers.

what' s the factory recommended PSI? 2023 hybrid
I hope you are aware that every car for oh so many years has that on label on driver door post (for our trucks), or passenger post, or glove box lid.

Only pointing that out so when you forget and are standing in front of air pump, you don't have to wait and mess around on your phone. It's right in front of you.

Time for a YouTube video search.

Or visit any tire shop that would likely be willing to show you.

Pretty much all of my cordless power tools are Milwaukee M12 & M18, so I bought the bare Ryobi tool and a Milwaukee M18 to Ryobi battery adapter so I could use my existing batteries and charger.

I have a 12VDC compressor, one that rated to 100 psi discharge. Will not take one rated for 150, 175 or 200 psi. Why? Cause smaller piston, displacement and low volume of discharge. These types will take longer to pump up, run a longer time.

Oh! The thought of the YouTube video link labeled "How we here at "FINA" finally shows someone how to add "PINK AIR" increasing the pressure in his tire at the same time!"
