Bah, I was too slow. I actually found this on Amazon browsing about 10 minutes ago and put it in my cart for later. Saw the post here with the discount, went back to my cart and now it says "Currently Unavailable"

Just installed mine on my 23 Tremor. No muffler in the way for me just the factory tail pipe. Install took about 30 minutes, and I followed the directions!!! I used my own sockets 10mm and 18mm. I also used a breaker bar on the 2 frame bolts on step 5. Fit and finish are great. Now I don't have to worry about mud and rocks etc.

Like to see pics of the "breaker bar" you mentioned...

You can see in the pictures one of the bolt holes does not line up properly making it impossible to thread the bolt into this specific location. What should have been a simple 20 minute install took over an hour due to multiple attempts to shift the plates and make a compromise on alignment that would accommodate all bolts BUT no amount of effort succeeded.
I suppose I could have theoretically bent the mounting bracket to make it work, but I’m not convinced the effort would have succeeded given the tolerances. Candidly, however, that shouldn’t be necessary for a new product out of the box.
It’s a solid solution and seems to be fine without this particular bolt…it just bugs me it’s not filled. I suppose I’ll come up with something small to cover it up, but it’ll probably be fine without it.
So ultimately a 5-star product reduced to 3 stars for the frustration. Your mileage may vary.

You can try loosening the surrounding screws a bit; it should make the last bolt holes easier to align and tighten.

You can also try flipping the part, as the lengths on both sides are different.

Unfortunately, in my case it's a gravel driveway and no garage. Should be interesting.

Cardboard is the answer.

Exactly my situation. Gravel hurts my old bones, even when it's under a sheet of cardboard.

I discovered by dumb luck that our rarely used summer lounge chair full length cushions come right off, make great insulated and comfy under vehicle work mats - I actually fell asleep for a minute while doing a spare tire assessment. I don't recommend cardboard -)

I had similar issues with bolt holes, but had to leave so I did not address it yet.

Will probably take more time and redo it tomorrow.

As far as the frame bolts, I had to use an impact, no way I could get that loose with the included wrench, and used a socket/open ended wrench for a few of the others

If I can adjust based off Ryan's suggestions, this will be a 4.5 / 5 with the install being the .5 off.

I don't live near snow/salted roads but do live near the beach and figured this was an inexpensive way to address the issue, as well as support Mabett for listening to what a ton of MTC members wanted.

My only concern is those (2) frame bolts being removed - I'd imagine they need to be torqued back to factory specs - not like they are there for cosmetics. - anyone know the specs ?
