I don't normally drive off the pavement and never had issues with sand, mud, snow or other debris in that area so feel it's something not "every" Maverick owner needs. Looks like a nice option for those who can benefit from it.

Figuring out those brackets and their orientation are definitely the hardest part. My '25 Ecoboost did not have a muffler in the way either. This is a must have in thee snow belt!
