I have my 2024 Maverick Hybrid all setup for towing at original ride height. Demco base and towbar works perfectly. I have the Eibach lowering springs but have not installed them yet. Does anyone have experience and or recommendations for flat towing a lowered Maverick behind my motorhome? Thanks

As long as you are using one of the electric powered braking units that are installed IN the Maverick there should only be one factor you need to make sure is within limits.
Most towbar manufacturers want the difference in height between the hitch mount on the coach and the hookup point of towbar to be within certain limits. Some don't want more than (2) inches difference, some are (4) inches. Check your brand to confirm. You never want the height of the towbar hookup to Maverick to be HIGHER than the towbar to coach mount.....but that won't be an issue for you.

My Maverick is not lowered. I did have an issue at normal height that could be exaggerated for you. I pulled out of a gas station and the "dip" was pretty low. My electrical umbilical cable popped loose somehow and was dragging on the ground. Fortunately a fellow in a car saw it and flagged me down about a block away. No damage, but I could see where my safety cables were slightly scuffed also. Now, if I have to pull over an area with a substantial dip or rise, I will pull over and recheck my hookups. You may have to keep a good eye out for something like this as you already know, those cables and such do hang down several inches below the tow bar. Good luck!

A lowered Maverick should pull the same as a stock height. Just make sure you include a drop hitch as necessary to keep you tow bar flat. Also watch road debris that your RV will clear but your lowered vehicle might not. I currently flat tow a Mini Cooper so I'm in the same boat as a lowered Mav.

Thanks for your reply and for your service to our country!
Thanks! You are most welcome, I was glad to do my small part and would gladly do it again, if they don't mind great-grandpa in the unit! Haha.
