A little over 3 months and over 4k miles. No issues yet.
Update. A front camera fault popped up the other day. Currently have no cruise control, lane keep assist, emergency braking, etc. Going to the dealer tomorrow morning.

No issues at 8 months nearly 10k miles other than paint chips easily. Pencil computation of mpg documents a consistent 40+.

3500mi and no issues yet...fingers crossed. MPGs have been about 34mpg with lots of highway, to 47mpg mostly below 50mph.

I'm taking delivery of my brand new 2024 Maverick hybrid XL in the coming few weeks, and I am wondering if anyone has already experienced any issues. I know that Ford had stated that they will be upping the quality control significantly. I was just wondering if that is the case, or are there still issues.
There's no such thing as "no Issues" every vehicle built may have something not right. The good news is that as the Mavericks are built, there are less problems with them. Ford has our backs, and fixes things as they occur at there cost, even if your out of warrenty.

Status report?
Dealer reset the camera and I haven't had any issues since. They also did the recalls while it was there. Not sure what caused the fault but it could have been a mix of things. I did max out the payload a little before the fault and I have a lift so maybe the camera was confused by what it could and couldn't see. But I have done heavy loads since then with no issues.

Yes. 24 built 12/24. Rear door miss aligned.
Also nasty dash rattel dealer took care of both providing car both times.


FYI last week rattle is back 5500 miles going to schedule tomorrow

I have had no mechanical issues to take my 2023/15k miles Hybrid in to the dealer. Just software updates, of which it has had all of them. I have had none of the issues the sw updates were supposed to fix, and no issues related to the updates.

While the truck was taken in for updates, I also asked them to check an annoying dash rattle. They said they'd have to pull the dash to try & find/fix it. So I declined. I fear that might introduce new rattles, and gawd knows what they might f-up if they r/r the dash.

No battery issues either. I disconnected Fuse# 11 early on, and use a battery maintainer if I won't be driving it for several days. And I always reset the BMS after removing the maintainer. I've always taken care of my vehicle/mower batteries and they usually last much longer than expected.

My 24 XLT Hybrid was delivered mid March. No issues at all, one minor software recall which took about 1 hr at the dealer.

We purchased the truck in May. It now has 4970 miles and had our first issue. When we went to reverse out of the driveway, with the foot on the brake and the start button pushed, the truck rolled out of the driveway. This is a serious safety concern as the brake pedal was pressed and the truck still moved.
I drove back into the spot. Check that the engine lights, ABS fault, and parking brake fault were all on.
I drove around the neighborhood troubleshooting. The brakes would sometimes work normally, super grabby, or not at all, so I used the E brake switch to stop.

I called Ford, had it towed, and it is currently in the shop. It has been 5 days now. They gave us a rental car, thinking it was a faulty brake booster controller.
Still waiting on ETR.

Mfg 2/24 - XLT.
Got 4/23/34.
3300 miles.
No issues, or unusual sounds.
Taillight recall not done yet. Was waiting for next recall to do both.
Maybe there won't be a next one though...
New tire under warranty as hit a tall rock that weakened sidewall which slit. Thanks bored kids putting things into street cracks to see what happens.

Nice to review what I might be in store for, or what to listen for.
