Press the physical button that has a "speaker" on it. Just "South East" of the physical volume knob/just below where your photos end. This is how you can select/change the radio source/input.

I know my truck has a radio because I have used it before, but I will be damned if I know how to find it. These are the 2 screens I can pull up. If I touch the lower left corner where the 9 dots are it changes to the screen with the 3 piece square. If I touch the 3 piece square I go back to the screen with the 9 dots.
I asked a salesman once and he started touching buttons here and there and the radio came up, so I used it for a while. I think I then loaded AA and poof, the radio was gone.

It's a physical button on the same panel as your knobs just below the screen. Has a speaker icon on it. This is one of those situations where you kick yourself for not seeing it. No worries, happens to all of us.

Haha, I didn’t know there was a button to push either. I don’t have android auto, but on CarPlay, there is a “Ford Audio” icon I click and it takes me to the ford radio controls.

OK, that takes me to this screen. So of course I tried the button on the top left of the screen to go back. Nothing. Then tried the same button on the steering wheel. Nothing. Then I hit the Audio button on bottom left of that screen. That worked.

Am I that old or is that a really bizarre way to find a radio? Must have been designed by someone on LSD.

It's not just you... I've also noticed that it's a bit tricky to find how to get back to the radio while Android Auto is running. While not impossible, it's easier to get to the radio while your phone isn't plugged in. Luckily, I don't use my radio very often.

See the line where it says Audio / Phone Maps......
Hit Audio and then select source. You can also play MP3 via a USB flash stick .

There's a Ford icon on Android Auto app list that goes back to the truck's native UI as well.

From what I've read they don't all have that icon, may be a Lariat (Sync 3) thing. OP should be able to push the "Exit" icon on the screen to do the same thing however.
