In addition to the passenger side issue on two sets now, the driver’s side now has condensation!Hello, I have purchased a set and after 2 weeks the passenger side is full of condensation. It is a problem as others on the Forum have mentioned. Hope you have better luck. Tried to contact Mabett but had to leave a voicemail
What a pita.In addition to the passenger side issue on two sets now, the driver’s side now has condensation!![]()
Yes they have.Has anyone disassembled and sealed them up yet? Mine have condensation in them, love how they look and work, but they won’t last long getting wet.![]()
Exact same thing I plan to do after I ptm them. Same leds as well, found em on SBL.com for 3.99 a piece locally. For the true DIY crowd and those who like an OEM look, I attached detailed guidance based on my custom side marker and turn indicator installation. 3 images included.

I just got my lights and the instructions provided only cover the driver's side. I watched a YouTube and wired the passenger side accordingly but the passenger light is always on, as others have reported. The problem is seemingly with the passenger side red wire connection. Ideas or suggestions? Thank you,.Follow the directions provided and you'll have them on when your low beams are on and they'll flash with the turn signals. I did the driver's side first and tested it, then I did the same wires on the passenger side and tested it. No issues since I installed them a couple of months ago.
I connected my red wire to the passenger side marker bulb so that it would stay on whenever the parking light or lower beam light is on. Access to the side marker bulb on the passenger side is much easier than the driver side.I just got my lights and the instructions provided only cover the driver's side. On the passenger side, I connected the red wire from the kit to the solid blue wire on the headlight connector. The yellow wire went to the blue and white wire on the turn signal connector. I had no issues with it so far on my 2024 XLT.I just got my lights and the instructions provided only cover the driver's side. Thank you sir! I will check my wiring on the passenger side to see if I have a solid blue, create a connection for it and see if this will solve my issue like it did for you. Out of curiosity, how did you determine this wire as mine came with instructions that ended in step 18, which is the completion of the driver's side installation but no mention whatsoever about the passenger side. I used the wire indicated in Fred's Garage (?) YouTube video but that definitely doesn't work. I looked at which wire I used for the left side and noted its' position in the connector, then used the wire in the same position on the right side. I also decided to use the t-taps that came with the kit, though some on here don't like them. I did tape them for a water-resistant seal and it's been nearly a half year and 8k miles with no issues.Thank you sir! That is the best advice as apparently the wire colors change depending on the Maverick model. For my 2023 Lariat Hybrid, the passenger lamp wire is the blue one as correctly indicated by another contributor. This should be pinned as advise as there have been so many installations and probably more to come: for the driver side, use instructions, no problem. For passenger side use same wire locations, regardless of color.
