I watched an installation video and it shows the visor to be placed exactly like you did; however, when placing the visor lower, it has about 1/4" gap where indicated by arrow (looks like crap).

According to the video, I'm placing the visor correctly. Is it possible the curvature of the visor is incorrect? Both the driver side and passenger side exhibit the exact same curve.

Thoughts?

Got a set of in channel EGRs. Like the way they fit and look. Easy installation.

That's exactly what my Maverick will look like.
I will be ordering EGR in the channel deflectors after the 4th.
I wish WeatherTech made them for the Maverick. I owned a Chrysler Town and Country for 17 years with stick-on deflectors. Never again.

Thats weird. The back edge of those don't even look like the Ford ones.
They definitely dont fit right.

Looks like they're installed to far forward into the mirror. I would believe they should end at the edge of the door, that way the curve would line up as well.

I definitely need to get some vent visors, it was rainy here this morning. Just having the window opened 1/2" water was running in over the glass. Hopefully vent visors would stop that from happening.

No, they are exactly where the video shows they are to be installed. I tried to position numerous ways and numerous times and none worked.

I ordered mine a couple of hours ago using reward points. Hopefully they fit.

Those are definitely not the correct visors. They look nothing like the Ford ones for the Maverick. I would send them back, there's a possibility they put the wrong set in the box.

I have the front set from WT and love them. Waiting for the rear set to be available. Seems like a long time for them to develop and sell.

🤔 Nope. And we have dust storms here in the desert Southwest.
I use a wet rag and wipe the channel out after a dust storm.
