Mine stays in the airport long term parking an average of 18 days/month with no issues. I’ll get a sleep message at about day 15 but it has always started when I get home. So no worries about leaving it for extended periods of time.

My '24 hybrid has 4,000 miles on it. It is parked in a garage when not out getting 42-48mpg. But I digress. I am noticing that the battery saver feature engages sooner and sooner if I don't drive it for 3 days.

I am facing what you are facing when I leave on vacation. I do not believe starting it to idle is a good idea, particularly if it is parked in a garage. My plan is to attach a trickle charger under the hood. I'm going to do a trial run this week to insure this won't have unintended consequences like burning my house and garage down. ;)
I am not concerned about putting my hybrid in ready state in my garage as the ice will come on for 6-10 minutes to recharge the HVB for maybe three times in the first hour maybe 1 time in second hour as 12v gets charged and is not pulling as much. Also note that there is a setting in steering wheel menu's that can be set to 30 minutes run time if you are concerned. So you can start with Ford pass even if desired.
Edit to add: starting truck in Ford pass locks truck first

My two cents: I personally would not idle an unattended vehicle in an enclosed garage for any reason when it can be trickle charged.

Idling an engine in the way described just to keep the battery charged causes additional engine wear. Plus safety issues. Plus the pollution caused by idlying an ICE.

I would highly recommend a $50 jumpstarter pack too. Mine sits under my rear seat next to my air compressor.
They make graduation or anniversary gifts.
Plus if someone else needs a jump, you don’t have to worry about someone not knowing what they are doing. Most people sort of know how to jump, but are released when they see the gadget and don‘t have to worry about doing it wrong.

I had a Deep Sleep on my 23 XLT hybrid after 8 days of sitting, so I now put a charger on it after about day 4 of inactivity and have not had a Deep Sleep event since. This might be unnecessary, but it gives me confidence I will not have a problem. If you need to leave your truck at an airport, you have no choice. But if you're at home, why not use a charger to erase all that nagging doubt?

Appreciate the comments. The truck will parked under carport, not the garage. Feeling better knowing several of you have had yours parked for longer with no issues.
You'll be fine. But a "jump box" is always a good investment. I have one that also has an air compressor within it. Only use it has seen is for a neighbor's $100k Jeep Wagoneer that went dead. Worked great on the Jeep. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BGHMYGHF

I keep a Stanley FatMax compressor/jumpbox in the bed.
At Christmas time Sam's had these on sale for $70.
So far I've only used the compressor.
Set the pressure you want, it automatically turns off.

Trickle charge or just remote start it from wherever on the planet you are once a week.

I only recommend the remote start because it is outside.

Schedule an automatic start in Fordpass to start once a week while you're away.
that will not work. the first time the schedule initiates and starts the truck, you need to actually get in and push the start button if it's a lariat or insert the key to the on position for lower trims.

the remote start is hard programmed to only start once until the key is presented.

the second time the schedule runs, or you invoke it manually it doesn't matter, the truck will not start.

My experience has been that scheduled starts are only disabled after two missed remote starts. I've been setting mine to do this while on vacation for years.

After 2 weeks gone mine is in the deep sleep mode. When I put the key in the ignition it comes to life
