Maverick prices have had to go up. my 2023 is worth more than I paid for it at this stage of the game. It’s called supply and demand plus if you ordered one today, it would be considerably more than what I paid for mine.

I literally just bought a used 2023 that originally stickered over $34k for less than $30k. Like new, and barely 10,000 miles. "Supply and demand" will eventually sort that Kia dealer out, because that is pretty far off what those are worth.

The dealer I bought my Mav through marks them up 7500+ if someone orders one and doesn't pick it up. Hell, the moment I bought mine, one of the used car guys offered me 2k over my cost to buy it so he could sell it as a used Mav on their lot for a considerable markup.
A vehicle is worth whatever someone is willing to pay, and right now their are people who will pay 20% over MSRP in order to not be put on a waiting list by ordering one. I ordered mine 10/29/23 and got it 4/7/23 and the dealer said he was surprised I got it that fast, and it was likely because I ordered an XL with the only upgrade being the hybrid. People adding bed liners or other options they said could wait as long as a year or more.

However I bought mine at carvana 2022 with 8000 miles hybrid Xlt for 29,000. Carvana consistently has tons of options
